“Renaud Brothers came through for us when our regular heating and cooling company could not. We spent the previous evening trying to get emergency service because our air went out and our house temp. was heading towards 90 degrees. After spending 3 hrs. waiting for a call back, we were told to call again in the morning. Then in the morning we were told that no one would be available until 2pm, so I started calling around. When I called Danielle at Renaud Brothers and told her what had happened the night before, she was very empathetic and told me she would try to get someone out to our house as soon as possible. Within a half hour the owner, TJ Renaud, showed up and got our air conditioning running in no time. He was very professional and friendly and we are so grateful for the excellent customer service and care we received. We will be using Renaud Brothers for our future maintenance and repair needs.”
